Do i have iron deficiency?

Go to your doctor first to be properly diagnosed. However if you ARE anaemic you can improve your iron levels by eating iron-rich foods such as red meat (liver is good) and green vegetables, the darker green the better eg spinach. Also, as one of the other answers said, dried apricots. I am slightly anaemic and eat a few of these on my breakfast cereal. Cereals fortified with iron are also a help.
