Does anyone have a solution to this?

I really hate milk. I'm not lactose intolerant or anything, I just hate milk. And adding chocolate or starwberry powder makes it worse. Ugh, especially strawberry milk. I hate the way it congeals in the back of my throat, the aftertaste, the way it smells, the taste, the way its so purely white. ( I dont know why, but the color makes it worse too. Im not racist though, in case anyone wants to joke about that) I also dont like cheese or yogurt. (Yogurts okay, but I can only stomach about three mouthfuls before gagging. I especially dislike strawberry, banana, or mixed strawbery-banana flavor) and I hate cheese too, though I will eat mozzerella and american cheese. I do like ice cream though : ) . I dont know why i dont like these things, but just a taste of milk and i start gagging. But I cant keep avpiding drinking milk, because I need braces, and my teeth and bones are really weak. When I was born, i didnt have enough calcium, I took it from my mom, but still, I was born without enough calcium, and Ive been avoiding it when I could all these years ( Im thirteen now) and I have severe calcium deficiency. My mom says that my grandpa had it and he lost all his teeth by thirty years old. Not very attractive as you can imagine. But see, I'm tired of getting tired fast, and almost failing P.E, and getting bad muscle cramps from just stretching. So does anyone know how I can get the calcium I require? My mom put me on One A Day For Teens, I'm not really good at remembering to take pills. Out of sight out of mind. P.S my moms tried forcing me to drink milk, (she wouldnt let me eat donuts or pancakes without milk, which basically just ruined the flavor for me) but since she doesnt like it either (makes her gag too) she doesnt think its fair to say anything about it.
