LAST question about vitamin A?
I've done some research and even consulted a physician about the recommended daily intake of Vitamin A. I'm not big on carrots, fish, milk and liver, so I know a supplement would be a good help. But my problem is some websites say that its dangerous to go over 5,000IU a day, while others say 10,000. This is my problem. I don't have any deficiencies so I bought a bottle of Vitamin A with the supply of 5,000IU. Is this good? Or should I go down to 3,000IU instead? I don't believe everything I see or hear so I try to round up as much info as possible. Thanks for your patience. I am 20-21 years old by the way
